She ran her own summer camp called “Creative Classes” in Udaipur and was a blogger, president of her college, as well as an NCC cadet. When asked about her journey at Starbucks, she says, “When I was nominated as Partner of the Month, our Store Manager recognized my efforts in front of all the partners, which motivated me to keep achieving more. After this, came the day when my journey got a bigger boost, when I was certified a Coffee Master. That moment of wearing the black apron made me feel even more proud of myself as a Barista. Today I am working in the Partner Resources (HR) and L&D team. I am sure this memorable and enriching journey will continue.”

“With an aspiration to learn and grow, I was looking to work with an organization that could reciprocate the passion that drives me. My aspirations turned into reality when I joined Tata Starbucks in 2014.
In 2016, when my manager moved out I was empowered and trusted to take the responsibility and deliver. Tata Starbucks acknowledged and recognized my performance and rewarded me with the ‘Partner of the Quarter award’ twice.
I feel extremely proud and blessed to be part of an organization that believes in investing in people’s growth and enabling them to be the best version of themselves. If I have to sum up what I admire the most about Tata Starbucks, it is the refreshing culture and the enthusiastic partners eager to take up challenging work. I truly feel that sky is the limit with Tata Starbucks.”
