Purpose and Scope of position

Responsible for monitoring legal risk in real estate documentation and advise internal clients accordingly

Summary of Key Responsibilities

  • Review and draft and negotiate a wide variety of contracts and correspondence including leases and lease, related documents, licenses to use, amenities agreements, brokerage agreements, routine notices, termination letters and amendments.
  • Liaison with external lawyers for due diligence and any other property related matters.
  • Respond to legal notices related to the Property
  • Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for real estate transactions.
  • Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before real estate transactions are executed.
  • Ensuring that all property documentations are in line with the property laws and regulations and Company policies.
  • The candidate should have strong communication skills, an enthusiastic and reliable worker, show keen interest to understand business and manage quick turnaround time
