Job Summary and Mission

The role involves leading the Performance Management System (PMS) cycle, driving Partner Benefits, Reward & Recognition programs, Employee wellness, social impact initiatives and building a learning culture in the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications Any Graduate from top institutes with 1-2 years of experience, preferably in consulting.
  • Work Experience - Proven experience in project management, stakeholder management, driving initiatives, process improvement, etc.

 

Detailed Job Description

  • Lead the PMS cycle including goal setting, mid-year review and annual review.
  • Track and maintain data for key talent classification and promotions.
  • Lead various organization development initiatives to positively impact business outcomes.
  • Manage Partner Benefits - Analyze existing processes, identify gaps and revamp process.
  • Create SOP Manual for benefits, R&R and other processes being handled by role incumbent.
  • Drive Rewards & Recognitions program quarterly and annually for store as well as support center partners.
  • Drive processing of CUP Fund requests including due diligence of applications and coordinating with all stakeholders.
  • Implementation of Your dost- Employee wellness calendar adherence as per plan in close coordination with the vendor.
  • Drive Open Forums on quarterly basis & drive scheduling of skip level interactions with CEO
  • Lead LinkedIn learning adoption for partners & develop learning pathways for key talent IDP (Individual Development Plan).
  • Creation & updation of organization structure regularly.
  • Manage programs from TMTC for key talent - Tata Management Training centre/ Tata Learning centre.
  • Plan and drive social impact initiatives in close coordination with HRBP .
  • Develop professional relationships with nonprofit partners and leverage existing nonprofit partners from the group via Tata group companies, Tata Sustainability group, etc.
  • Executive social impact initiatives driven by the Starbucks (Foundation & APAC) & Tata (Tata engage, Pro-engage, Tata Volunteering week).
  • Completion of other special projects as assigned from time to time.

  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record in employee development, benefits management, and organizational development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead initiatives and engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficient in data analysis, process improvement, and creating structured documentation such as SOPs and development plans.
