Assistant Manager - Growth and Partnerships

Purpose and Scope of position

Create and Manage Multiple Growth Engines: Executing multiple projects to further the company’s digital growth engines via partnerships and new technology engagements to drive incremental revenue for the organization.

Cross – functional role involving managing multiple stakeholders and creating new digital channels for Tata Starbucks.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Delivery Partnerships
o    Support in executing the marketing calendar for delivery basis AOP targets  
o    Monitor Joint Business Plans with Delivery Partners to achieve the AOP targets – topline, discount & marketing expenses
o    Co-ordinate with delivery partners for market extensions in new cities and new stores 
o    Support and execute with 0n-going delivery campaigns and configuration on same on POS systems 
o    Ensure seamless communication to stores through operation services 
o    Collaborate with technology teams to support projects for automation for Delivery
o    Follow-up with delivery partners for resolving day to day issues reported by store operations 
o    Co-ordinate with Category team to ensure uploading of all new launches on all delivery platforms  
o    Co-ordinate with Brand team to ensure appropriate communication on all delivery platforms . 
o    Periodic reviews with Delivery Partners on business KPIs , Campaign tactics, New Store/ City Launch Plans & Overall Operations/ SLAs .
o    Support & lead initiatives with Supply Chain & Operations team on priorities like New Packaging , Delivery Standards, Hyper local deliveries etc.
o    Devise & lead tactics with Delivery platforms – like menu engineering, customer promotions. Campaign analysis ensuring profitable ROI 
o    Evaluate more Regional Delivery vendors & support onboarding . 

Growth Channels: eGifting 
o    Engage with Aggregators &  sub -partners to create Starbucks as preferred Gifting option.
o    Support in executing the marketing calendar for eGift basis AOP targets   
o    Ensure weekly and monthly reporting on timely basis 
o    Support in ensuring successful UAT for all new third party on-boarding   
o    Periodic reviews with eGift Partners on Campaigns & business plans to achieve AOP 
o    Co-ordinate with Pine Labs and IT teams to align with all updates  
•    Reporting 
o    Support in formation of delivery reports on weekly basis from multiple vendors 
o    Support in collating data from all delivery & egift partners on monthly basis and report KPIs for HK market  
o    Reporting of AOP Business Targets - Revenue , Discount Spends on a monthly nos & Target Vs actual achievement . Create bridge plans for any shortcomings.
o    Give regular feedback to BI /IT Team for automation of Business Reports 
o    Build quarterly plans to ensure timely inputs to Operations in Partner Planning Guide

External Competencies
Summary of Experience & Education

Qualifications

  • Business degree from a renowned college 
  • Experience in advance Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Have good understanding of or flair for technology, digital industry
  • Experience in a consumer forward organization is preferable
  • Worked on partnerships
  • Experience in Revenue responsibility will be preferred
  • Overall experience 2-3 years
