Job Title: Assistant Manager/Manager – Partner Resources                                     Location: Mumbai


Reporting to: Sr Manager– Partner Resources                                            Band: Assitant Manager/ Manager

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Job Summary and Mission


This position contributes to Starbucks success in the region by:

Assist in development, implementation, administration and operation of high quality partner resources programs, practices and procedures across all levels of partners

Drive the learning activities for the region that challenge thinking and expose new approaches for increased job performance. This role is a visible and active influence to improve knowledge, skills, abilities and behaviors in others

Support integration of complex business factors to build business capability, develop leaders, drive succession planning and business change efforts

Liaise closely with the regional operations team and other partner resources COE teams to drive the partner resources focus for the region

Assist in implementation of programs designed to establish and maintain effective partner relations through the uniform and equitable application of policies and procedures

Consults with the retail business to identify learning needs and assists in driving learning solutions that build functional capability and meet business objectives


 Models and acts in accordance with Tata Starbucks guiding principles.

This role may be expected to work beyond above defined job as and when required based on the job needs.
